Scholarship Expansion Program

The Trayvon Martin Foundation Scholarship Expansion Program was designed to provide financial assistance to help graduating seniors pursue opportunities for a compelling career path. This type of learning, also known as career and technical education (CTE), prepares graduates for direct entry into the workforce. New York City Marathon runners Liz Welch and Leslie King partnered with the Trayvon Martin Foundation to create the Expansion Scholarship Program. Students will have the opportunity to receive certification in their career path from a vocational or technical school. This scholarship will assist students in preparing for in-demand jobs within the career and technical workforce.
